Im wondering if anyone has a link to a stat block template for monsters that i can fill in for quick reference during my game. There is no revenant template but i dont think you should worry about it.

As such i was trying to find a way to create a physical avatar for said deities and came up with a template for it by refluffing the only official 5e stat block for a dd god or goddess.
